This issue has been fixed.

Importing and updating contacts and insurances does not work.

The update process stops at the import of contacts and insurances step.

However, the gateway is able to connect to the Manulife’s web site.

We recommend that you do not delete the gateway configuration and wait for the problem to be solved.
