Microsoft Email Issue - Delay in sending, or unable to send emails

We are no longer detecting any problems and consider the situation resolved.

Dear Equisoft /connect users,
There is currently an issue at Microsoft that is preventing some users with external Microsoft accounts from being able to send emails, or is causing a delay in the sending of emails, regardless of the platform used.
We are closely monitoring this situation, and will be sure to provide updates as we receive them.
