Equisoft/connect - WWM Gateway - Import delay

We are aware that some users have not yet received their investment data through the new WWM gateway following the first import on May 13.

The data import job encountered a performance issue due to the volume of data being processed. As a result, the import was paused while our team works on a fix. Some users already have their data, while others are still in the queue.

We expect the fix to be deployed and the import to be relaunched by May 15. Once complete, all users will have access to their investment data.
