Update — WWM/SFL/DFSI Investments Gateway
The WWM/SFL/DFSI Investments Gateway is now working correctly, and investment data is being processed successfully.
We have, however, identified a separate issue: non-registered accounts are currently not being included in the daily data files. The cause has already been identified and a fix will be applied tonight. Affected accounts should appear in tomorrow’s data import.
We will update this page as soon as the fix has been confirmed. Thank you for your patience.
We are aware that some users have not yet received their investment data through the new WWM gateway following the first import on May 13.
The data import job encountered a performance issue due to the volume of data being processed. As a result, the import was paused while our team works on a fix. Some users already have their data, while others are still in the queue.
We expect the fix to be deployed and the import to be relaunched by May 15. Once complete, all users will have access to their investment data.
